1. How much do you charge for postage and packaging?
For UK Parents, Students, and Tutors: Free delivery for all orders over £30; £3.95 for orders £30 and under.
For UK Schools and Bookshops: Free delivery for all orders over £50; £3.95 for orders £50 and under.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by country. We strive to dispatch your books as soon as possible. Some deliveries may incur import or national customs charges depending on your country’s regulations.
3. Can I track my order?
For large parcels in the UK, we provide a tracking link in your order dispatch email, which is also available in the order details section of your account. There is currently no tracking for smaller UK orders, but these are sent 1st Class with Royal Mail and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 5pm.
4. How do I check my order history?
Log in to your account and select ‘Your Orders’ to view your past orders. If you have administrator status in a school account, you’ll be able to see all school orders.
