1. What is your return policy?
For schools and individual customers, we offer a 30-day no-quibbles returns policy. Email us, and we’ll guide you through the process. Note that you will be responsible for postage and packaging for returns.
2. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed promptly once we receive and inspect the returned items. We aim to process all refunds within a few business days of receipt.
